I have over 15 years of experience and partnered with founders, CEOs, and executives to drive growth, competitive advantage and make radical cultural changes that last.

Booking & Payment
Secure your slot by booking and completing the payment online. This not only reserves your session but also triggers the next steps in the process.
Intake Form
After your payment is processed, you’ll receive our “Intake Form”. Complete this form no less than 48 hours before your session, so I can prepare to dive deep into your challenges and opportunities.
Preliminary Review
I’ll review your Intake Form before the call. If any questions arise that require further clarification for a productive session, I’ll reach out to you beforehand. Otherwise, consider me prepped and ready for our scheduled time.
Video Session via Zoom
Our Culture Call will take place on Zoom, allowing us to connect face-to-face for a more personalized and impactful discussion.

At the start of the call, we’ll get straight to the point. I’ll likely have a few follow-up questions based on your intake form to ensure we’re covering all the ground we need to.
